They play an important role by providing IT Service Continuity
arrangements to support the business requirements. However, the
business is responsible for Business Continuity Planning. It is for
this reason, that we work with business leaders in the following
areas:- Audit of existing Business Continuity Plans
- Risk Assessments
- Business Impact Analysis including the identification of critical
processes
- Identification of suitable third parties to provide Business
Continuity Services
- Creation of Business Recovery Plans
- Staff Awareness Programmes
- Assistance with the testing of recovery plans
